This Week at The Cut!

Another fun week at The Cut!! Our new fall menu is now available so make sure you snag a reservation before the show! (Our Street Food menu is also available from the concession window before, during and after shows for a quick bite).


Wednesday:
Los Lobos – This show is SOLD OUT. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm.
Thursday:
Shagalot – This is a FREE show in the venue! Come dance the night away as Shagalot brings the funk, soul and rock energy! 8:30pm – 10:30pm.
Friday:
Hey-19, A Tribute to Steely Dan – Join us for a night of all your favorite Steely Dan tunes! There are still a limited number of tickets available for this event. Doors at 7:30pm. Show at 8:30pm.
Saturday:
Karaoke on the Stage with DJ Lou – Been wanting to get up on that stage at The Cut? This is your chance! 8pm – 11pm.

This week The Kitchen at The Cut restaurant will be serving our new Fall menu as well as our Street Food menu curated by our new Executive Chef, Justus Dunton.

Our new Street Food menu is HERE including our phenomenal SMASH BURGER!! Great for a quick bite before, during, or after a show! Order right from our concessions window or late night from the bar.

The FULL Street Food Menu
Queso Dip and Chips $5:
Creamy cheese dip served with crispy chips
– not your average theater nachos.
Vegetable Pakora $7:
Crispy Indian-style veggie fritters with spiced yogurt and
pickled onions for a taste of Delhi.
Frito Pie Chicano Style $8:
Steak, queso, jalapeños, salsa, onions, and cilantro loaded
into a bag of Fritos for a Tex-Mex twist.
Mini Meze $11:
A Mediterranean platter of babaganoush, beet hummus,
and olive tapenade with pita chips for dipping.
Fries $5:
House-cut fries, perfectly crispy and seasoned.
Cheese Steak Poutine $13:
Fries topped with steak, cheese, and gravy,
garnished with parsley for a touch of green.
Smash Burger $15:
Classic American cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions,
special sauce, and a so brioche bun served with fries.
Double Down +$3:
Double the patties for double the burger goodness.
PCF Kimchi Brine Chicken Wings $12:
Crispy wings tossed in tangy kimchi brine and
chili hoisin sauce.
Cold Pickled Veggie Sesame Soba Noodle $15:
Bright, flavorful soba noodles with pickled veggies,
sesame, scallions, and chili crisp.
Add salmon for $6, or crispy tofu for $5.
Farmers DAWGS $10
A series of specialty hot dogs, each with unique toppings.
The Aila: Grilled onions, PCF sauerkraut
The Atlas: Queso dip, pickled jalapeños
The Clifford: Spicy pepper jam, whole grain mustard
The Rue: Tomato bacon jam

CELEBRATE FIESTA AT THE CUT!

Fiesta is almost here! Do you know where you’re celebrating?
Start the party with Dueling Pianos on the stage Wednesday evening (6/26).
Then we have Bikini Whale – A B-52’s Tribute, with Tsunami of Sound on Thursday night (6/27), a EDM DJ Dance Party on Friday night (6/28), and the Dubtone Orchestra Fiesta Party Saturday night (6/29). Make sure you get your tickets before they’re gone!
We also have live music in “The Corner” at the front of the restaurant on Wednesday and Thursday night, as well as Saturday for brunch (no cover) – AND we’ll be streaming the Seine Boat Races and Greasy Pole on giant TVs Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come watch the festivities and have a cold beverage without the madness of Pavillion Beach!

The East Gloucester Elementary School PTO is raising funds to cover the costs associated with this year’s all school read The Trumpet of the Swan, so we decided to cover two categories that aren’t quite related, but fit the title: Music & Animals

Round One: A Murder of Crows and Other Collective Nouns
Round Two: It Smells Like Flannel
Round Three: Bats Turn Left + More Strange Animal Facts
Round Four: A Bitter Sweet Symphony of 90’s Movie Soundtracks
Bonus Round: Hey Hey, We’re The Monkeys (Yes, Bands with Animal Names)

This event is open to all, so come show off your trivia knowledge for a good cause. All funds raised + a portion of the food sales for the evening will be donated to the East Gloucester Elementary School PTO.
