It’s another great week at The Cut!

On Wednesday the O’Maley middle school students will be showcasing all their hard work with a Spring Finale Concert! Students are free, and tickets are on sale now for everyone else! Come support your local young musicians!

Friday night is the triumphant return of The Cutup – our comedy open mic night. Come laugh. Come try to make people laugh. 5 minute sets. $5 at the door – no presale. Seats are first come, first serve. Perfect for a fun date night!

AND Little Sister will be open EVERY night Wednesday through Sunday serving their incredible burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fish sandwiches and so much more through the takeout window. Grab a table, order via QR code, get a text when your food is ready. Play pool or arcade games while you wait. The bar will also be open Wednesday through Sunday and we’ll have all your favorite sports on the big screens.

In case you missed it Little Sister is STAYING at The Cut! As of 6/1, they’ll be open every day (except Tuesdays) from 5pm to close. And reminder – you never need tickets to the show to come and have food/hang at the bar/play arcade games.

This Week at The Cut!

It’s another great week at The Cut! On Thursday we’re doing our part to support the community and get those fireworks FUNDED. The Cut has donated the venue and the musicians have donated their time. ALL ticket sales go directly to the fireworks. Tickets at $20 at the door. No presale.

Then we’ve got an interactive night of fun in the form of Dueling Pianos on Friday night! Most of the seats are sold out for this one, but there are still a few! GA Standing is also still available.

On Saturday we’re THRILLED to welcome back one of our favorite ladies, and no stranger to The Cut stage, Megan Wolffe. She and her band will be performing Back to Black LIVE, an incredible tribute to Amy Winehouse. There are still some tickets left. Don’t wait to grab yours!

They will continue to be open on show nights through 5/17, but starting Thursday, 5/22 they’ll be open EVERY Thursday – Sunday at 5pm whether there’s a show or not. This Week at The Cut!

It’s another great week at The Cut! If flying to Vegas to see Dead and Company at The Sphere isn’t in the budget, no worries! We’ve got Dead to the Core right here in Gloucester, and The Cut, just like The Sphere, has an incredible sound system and an amazing view of the stage from anywhere in the house! There are still some tickets available. And as long as we don’t sell out, we’ll be selling them at the door as well.

Little Sister has been such a hit that we’ve talked them into staying on a little longer! Come on down and grab some of their DELICIOUS food. Ordering is done via QR code and you get a text when your food is ready. Quick. Easy. No need to figure out splitting the check. While you wait, grab a drink from the bar and be sure to check out our new arcade games, or play a round of pool!

The Cape Ann Power Yoga event on Sunday is SOLD OUT. But Little Sister will be serving lunch (with a taco special!) from 12-3pm.

Then on Saturday we have two epic hometown bands up on the stage – The Glostafarians & Carnivals. And on Sunday is our second Sip & Paint event featuring a cozy winter scene.


Our new fall menu is now available so make sure you snag a reservation! (Our Street Food menu is also available and perfect for a quick bite before, during, or after a show). We’re also now open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and we have $1 oysters from 4pm-6pm on Sunday.


Friday:
ELF – Holiday Movie Night – Bring the whole family to watch Elf and take photos with Santa & Mrs. Claus. Tickets sold at the door. No presale. $10 per person, or $25 per family of 3+. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Santa & Mrs. Claus photos 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Movie from 5pm – 6:30pm.
Saturday:
Glostafarians & Carnivals – Two epic hometown bands! There are still tickets available for this event. Doors at 8pm. Show at 8:30pm.
Sunday:
Sip & Paint – Winter Scene – This is a follow along, step-by-step paint night with Lannah Paints. There are still a few spots left, so grab yours before they’re gone! Tickets are $45 and include everything you’ll need to create a beautiful painting. Bar will be open. 6pm.

This week The Kitchen at The Cut restaurant will be serving our new Fall menu as well as our Street Food menu curated by our new Executive Chef, Justus Dunton.

Alisan Porter – Winner of The Voice – At The Cut on Sat 11.30

On Saturday, November 30th Alisan Porter and Mary McAvoy will be at The Cut.
Alisan Porter is a multi-talented artist known for her exceptional skills as a singer, songwriter, actress, and vocal coach. Her journey in the entertainment industry began when she won the first season of the reality TV show “Star Search” at the age of five. She has appeared in films such as “Parenthood” and “Curly Sue,” leaving a lasting impression with her natural talent and ability to bring characters to life. On Broadway Alisan has appeared in “Footloose” and was Bebe in the Broadway revival of “A Chorus Line”. Alisan’s most notable achievement came in 2016 when she competed on the tenth season of the hit TV show “The Voice.” Her incredible performances and undeniable talent led her to become the show’s champion, along side her coach Christina Aguilera. This victory solidified her status as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. Alisan wrote and Co-produced her albums “Who We Are” and Pink Cloud” with Grammy winner Matt Rollings and her EP “I come in Pieces” with Greg Wells. She has collaborated with the best in the biz and co-wrote the song Aftermath for one of her closest friends Adam Lambert.
Mary McAvoy is a Singer-Songwriter and performer based in New England. Her latest EP was recorded in Boston, MA. She is currently on NBC’s The Voice where Snoop Dogg is her coach.

New Menu Additions at The Cut – Howie Mac Burger & Inner Beauty Chicken Wings

This week we’re beefing up the menu (get it?) with the Howie Mac Burger (house ground brisket & chuck, au poivre, special sauce, American or cheddar cheese, served with herb mushroom salt fries or a house salad) and the Inner Beauty Chicken wings (Trinidadian style habanero hot sauce, scallion, cilantro, pickled radish & cucumber). Word on the street is that there will be a chicken sandwich making its debut as well… Come on down and try it all!

It’s Halloween week at The Cut and we’ve got all the best ways to celebrate! Our Gang of Four show on Halloween-eve is sold out, but if you’re itching to put on a costume and dance until the cheap zipper gives out, we’ve got you covered. A FREE DJ Dance Party on Halloween (prizes will be awarded for the best costumes) and TWO NIGHTS WITH SAFETY – Not your average 80s band! There are themes for each night (Friday is Goth & Glitter, Saturday is Heroes & Villains) so you can come dressed for the theme, dressed for the 80s or just dressed to DANCE.

SAFETY will be back at The Cut for TWO Halloween shows – NOV 1ST & NOV 2ND!! This killer band, who slays all your favorites from the 1980’s ALWAYS sells out. So this time we doubled the fun. There are still some tickets available for each night – but they won’t last long!! Come put our GIANT dance floor to good use! Dress for the theme (Friday: Goth & Glitter, Saturday: Heroes & Villains), dress for the 80’s, or come as you are. We’ll see you at The Cut. It’s gonna be RAD.
