We are pleased to continue our popular Curbside Pickup, and free delivery exclusively on Cape Ann, for all who prefer it, serving your needs for safety and convenience. 

Free delivery requires a minimum purchase of $50 includes: wine, beer, cheese, everything Savor and requires a person 21yrs to receive orders & the recipient’s phone # to confirm delivery time.

Continuing our decades long association with noted chefs and innovative food purveyors, we are pleased to welcome Sushi Master Chef, Sang Lee to the Savour kitchen to prepare his top-grade, artisan – gourmet sushi featuring local and Japanese fish.

We has rotated-in 20 wines drinking to the season to sip and sample, complimentary of course, from our Wine Machine. 

To maximize the experience, pleased to offer Kathleen’s knowledge and practice in pairing wine to food with “Pairs Well” each wine matched to foods, some traditional…some unexpected and daring. Your tasting begins using Riedel glassware, and the following.       

For the Safest, Efficient, Wine Machine Tasting Experience…your compliance with the following requirements for our mutual benefit is appreciated.   

1.Wearing a “mask”, suggest washing hands in our Lavs near the rear entrance. Lavs are sanitized w/ each use. 

2.Next a quick temperature check as you will be removing your mask to taste.

3.Your Riedel wine glass awaits at the Wine Machine.  Wine glasses are washed after each tasting  

4.You receive a “digital tasting card” to access the Wine Machine that is sanitized after each tasting.

WHITES:

Microcosmico – A complex, dry Spanish white wine with flavors of lemon, white flowers, and grapefruit; this wine has strong minerality, smoky aromas, and crisp acidity on the palate.   Pairs Well with oysters, chilled shrimp and salads.  $17.99

Avalon Flint & Steel – From Napa Valley, a lively white wine full of aromatic lemongrass, lime, and hints of minerality; light, bright, and full of peach and melon flavors. Pairs Well with dried apricots and nuts, seafood and sushi, and spicy Asian dishes.  $17.99

Errazuriz Max Chardonnay – A silky and balanced white wine from Chile that has intense aromas of  tropical fruit, grapefruit, with a hint of vanilla oak and spice. The palate is creamy and avoluptuous with crisp acidity. Pairs Well with vegetarian dishes, rich fish, pork, and poultry.  $21.99

Beyra Reserva Quartz – A white wine from Portugal with a nose of peach, lemon, and mayflower. The palate is rich with minerals, grapefruit, and vibrant acidity. Pairs Well with shellfish, fatty fish, and goat cheese.  $18.99

Tresse a Lier – A dry white wine from the Loire Valley in France with medium acidity and prominent minerality. It has flavors of lemon, citrus, pear, and a subtle nutty hint.  Pairs Well  with a roast chicken and rosemary grilled potatoes. $19.99

Leitz – Apple, peach, apricot, and honey flavors from Rheingau, Germany.  Delicious, entry-level Feinherb style Riesling with crisp acidity, juicy aromatics and is dangerously drinkable. A ridiculously great value.  Makes a great house wine to pair with many dishes from grilled fish to pork tenderloin and apricots.  Pairs Well with spicy and salty foods, like Mexican enchiladas and Manchego cheese. $14.99

Quinta da Fonte Souto Branco – A dry white wine from Portugal with creamy white peach and apricot fruits, toast, elegant acidity, and fine-grained tannins. Pairs Well with pasta, pork, lean fish, and shellfish.  $24.99

Lang and Reed Chenin – From Mendocino, California, a classic Chenin with aromas of honeycomb and flavors of apples, pears, lemons, and peaches. Pairs Well with shellfish, spicy foods, lean fish, and mild and soft cheese.  My very first American Chenin blanc at Savour (so hard to find a good one) – a great accomplishment for Land and Reed!  $29.99

REDS:

 Le Monde Cab Franc – This rich Italian red has a nose full of blackberry, pepper, licorice, and boysenberry. The palate is elegant, balanced, and highly persistent. Pairs well with pasta, beef, lamb, and game.  Pairs Well with salads, vegan, and vegetarian dishes.  $19.99

Tintero Rosso – A well-balanced yet complex Italian red from Kermit Lynch’s portfolio, with fine tannins and subtle acidity. Aromas of blackberry and cherry fruit lead to notes of dried herbs, dark chocolate, tobacco, and cedar. Pairs Well with pasta with red sauce, pizza, grilled meats, and soft cheeses.  $19.99

Giornata Il Campo – From Paso Robles, this red wine has a silky texture and expresses red currant, cherry, and floral scents. Dry and easy-drinking, it Pairs Well with beef, veal, game, and poultry, particularly when grilled mushrooms share the plate.  This is an incredibly versatile house wine – a great alternative to pinot noir, at a much lower price.  It will become a new favorite!  $17.99

Dead Canyon Cab Sauv – A dry and bold red with aromas of smoke, clove , and toasted  vanilla. Flavors of plum and blackberries with slightly dry tannins. Pairs Well with beef, lamb, game, and duck.  $17.99

Little James’ Press Basket – This 100% Grenache is a great introduction to the Rhone ‘flavor’; soft and vibrant, with a dash of power, length, and structure. In the Solera tradition, this wine is made by combining the newest vintage with the older vintages. Pairs Well with stews, braises, grilled meats, dark fish, and tomato-based dishes such as ratatouille.  $14.99

Chateau le Monastere Cotes du Bourg – A dry, bold, and acidic red wine with earthy and peppery notes. This wine is made using only natural yeast; there is no fining and no enzymes used. Certified organic. Pairs Well with rich beef cuts, game, duck and with lamb!  $17.99

Casa de Saima Reserva – A lush, deep garnet wine from Portugal. The palate is elegant with notes of red cherry and plum, over nutmeg, cinnamon , and clove. Pairs Well with leaner cuts of beef, lamb, game, and poultry, as well as vegetarian dishes featuring mushrooms.  $17.99

Bielsa Grancha – A bold Spanish red with notes of oak, cherry, and red fruit on the nose and vanilla, earth, and smoke on the palate. Pairs Well with beef, pasta, lamb, game, and poultry when served with fruit sauces, such as duck with boysenberry or pork with pomegranate sauce.  $14.99

Banti Spineto Morellino di Scansano– This dry Tuscan red has a nose full of black cherries and violets and a tangy flavor. Its balanced body and long, electric finish Pairs Well with grilled fish, light pastas, red meats, and classic Italian cheeses, such as Parmesan Reggiano.  $19.99

Breca Grancha – A bold and dry Spanish red that is round, smooth, dense, and balanced. It has flavors of plum and blackberry and hints of black olive, toast, and minerals. The palate has well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity, and a floral finish. Pairs Well with roast pork, Serrano ham, and chicken or vegetarian dishes, featuring  tomatoes and olives.  $17.99

Proemio Reserve  Malbec – From Mendoza, Argentina, a dry red wine with ripe aromas of blackberries, cherries, and raspberries. This wine has a firm palate, lush tannins, and balanced acidity. Pairs Well with a grilled steak or pork chop.  $19.99

Old Vine Red – This California Zinfandel-based red has flavors of black cherry, plum, spice, and leather. Pairs Well with with barbecued chicken, beef, and pulled pork.  Also sings with a burger!  $17.99
