SPRING = NEW new season, new outdoor seating, new opportunities & even new restaurants

A margarita flight on The Spot Winchester’s patio. The patio opened during the warm weather last week.

As temperatures rise, we are looking forward to dining outside!

Some of our patios will open temporarily on warm days, and all our patios should be ready for you to enjoy regularly within the next month.

Chancho’s not-so-authentic SoCal Cocina y Cantina will be opening at 119 S. Main Street in Middleton this spring!

Chancho’s menu will be focused on fresh ingredients, colorful plates, and bold flavors. Incorporating  chilies and spices, the menu will have some Mexican influence while conveying a fresh perspective that is reminiscent of Southern California.

Guests will feel as though they have been transported to SoCal when they step into the door. The space will be festive, colorful and inviting, with a family-friendly atmosphere and lively bar scene.

Breakwater Roasters will be opening a second location in the new Cape Ann YMCA this spring!

Located at 4 School House Road in Gloucester, the Breakwater Roasters Cafe will serve our locally-roasted coffee, smoothies, acai bowls, toasts, sandwiches & more.

Alchemy Bar + Kitchen will open summer 2021 at Lynnfield MarketStreet.

The Alchemy brand was established in 2003 and started it all. With a vibe that is all about comfort and fun, and menus created with love and the idea of adventure, this new iteration will pay homage to the original.
