I feel like I’ve been cheated by not going here sooner. I know Chef Doug Papows work is over the top spectacular but what I didn’t know was how incredible that space is.
You MUST visit the Pigeon Cove Tavern at The Emerson Inn in Rockport MA. The food, the decor, the space, the view, the service. It’s an over the top experience.

I was commenting about how I forgot my 30 oz double walled Oasis stainless steel tumbler at the dock yesterday and after having filled it with ice at 10 am yesterday there was still ice when I got to work at 4:30AM today. I have three pieces in the front room. My man James Eves from Cape Ann Giclee made up three large format canvas wraps as statement pieces. The huge calico lobster stares you down with its big crusher and pincer claws when you walk into the room. Anthony and James hung them yesterday.-
