Shear Hoppiness is brewed with two-row, wheat, and oat malt, and fermented using True North’s fruit-forward house ale yeast, contributing flavors of creamy peach and apricot stone fruit.
It is heavily dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo, producing flavors of juicy fruit, pine, passion fruit, and lemon candy.
Shear Hoppiness is now being poured at Maggie’s Farm, Minglewood Harborside, Cala’s, 15 Walnut, The Spot, TWK & Hale Street Tavern.
